SAT Experts Academy ("we") is operated by INSPIRED NEEDS, LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

• Assessment requests: student name, student email, parent email, phone or WhatsApp number, program, grade, country, preferred contact time and any message you send.
• Student accounts: name, email, grade, school, parent contact details, enrolled classes, test results, homework files, and messages with teachers.
• Technical data: IP address and browser details, used for security (for example, to stop repeated failed logins) and to keep the service working.

How we use it

• To contact you about the free assessment and enrollment.
• To provide classes, practice, homework feedback and progress reports.
• To send reports and service messages to the student and parent.
• To keep accounts secure.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting and database), an email delivery provider (to send messages and reports), and an AI provider for practice and homework feedback. When we use AI, we send the academic content (questions and answers), not the student's name or contact details.

Students under 18

Our students are often under 18. A parent or guardian must submit or approve the assessment request and enrollment. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security and retention

Passwords are stored in hashed form, accounts are protected by secure sessions, and student files are private. We keep information while the student is enrolled and for a reasonable period afterwards for records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop receiving messages, by emailing contact.us@satexpertsacademy.com.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
