These terms apply to the SAT Experts Academy website and learning portal, operated by INSPIRED NEEDS, LLC. By using them you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide online test preparation for the Digital SAT and ACT, including live classes, practice, homework feedback and progress reports. Scores and estimates shown in the portal are for guidance only. We cannot guarantee a specific score on any official test.
Accounts
Keep your login details private. Each account is for one student. We may suspend accounts that are shared or misused.
Payments and subscriptions
Package prices, what each package includes, and the cancellation and refund rules are shared before you pay and form part of these terms.
Content and intellectual property
The platform, its software, lessons, practice questions and materials belong to INSPIRED NEEDS, LLC or its licensors. You may use them for your own study only. Copying, sharing or reselling them is not allowed. Official practice tests remain the property of their owners and are accessed on their official websites.
Acceptable use
Do not try to access other users' data, interfere with the service, or share exam content outside the platform.

SAT is a registered trademark of the College Board, and ACT is a registered trademark of ACT Education Corp. Neither is affiliated with, or endorses, this website.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, INSPIRED NEEDS, LLC is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
